Belt scrapers are the most critical cleaning component in a conveyor system. Efficient scraping at the discharge zone removes adhered material before it reaches the return, preventing spillage, contamination and premature wear.

- Secondary scraper — installed on return side, captures fine residue
- Urethane blades — high durability without damaging belt surface

Urethane or tungsten carbide?
Urethane blades: Most common choice. High durability, do not damage splices or mechanical fasteners and are compatible with PVC, PU and rubber belts. Ideal for food, chemical and general manufacturing.
Tungsten carbide: For highly abrasive materials like mining, cement, aggregates and steel. Service life 5–10 times longer than steel blades but require belt in good condition.
